DM does not download file after installation of the new version
If DM won’t download any files but earlier everything was ok then probably you have the firewall installed on your system and the new version of DM is not permitted to access the Internet. So even DM was earlier specified in firewall settings, you have to check if the new version of DM is permitted to access Internet in the firewall settings.
