Step-by-step IDA PRO Registration

If you tried to register Internet Download Accelerator PRO but did not succeed please read this instruction carefully.

1. After making payment you will get an e-mail with the registration information looking like this:

2. Start Internet Download Accelerator and choose the Enter Registration Info from the Help menu:

3. You will see a window with three input fields: E-mail, Name, KEY which must be filled in with the registration information from the e-mail:

4. To do this:

• select the registration information with the mouse (E-mail, Name or KEY):

• copy it to the clipboard. To copy press C button while holding Ctrl:

• switch to IDA and click the corresponding field with the mouse:

• insert the text (Ctrl+V):

• you should get:

• repeat this sequence for each of the three required fields: E-mail, Name, KEY.

5. As a result you will get the window filled with the registration information from the e-mail:

6. Press the OK button and if everything is ok you will get the following window:

7. If instead you get an error message for example a message like this:

carefully check if the information is the same as in the e-mail, maybe you mistyped something.

8. If the information is ok but you still cannot register please visit our support page and send us a message. Please specify the program, short information about yourself and choose the Problems with regisration topic. In the message please give us detailed description of the problem you encounter.
