Internet Download Accelerator or IDA (the SOFTWARE PRODUCT) is "freeware" for non-commercial use and is distributed "as is". The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed as a single product. Its component parts may not be separated for use on more than one computer.

BASIC PRODUCT means the executable code version of only those features of IDA identified as the features of the free IDA at the following URL: https://westbyte.com/ida. Any feature identified as a feature of the PRO version of IDA either at the above URL or within the Product is not part of the BASIC PRODUCT. Subject to Licensee's compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, WestByte grants Licensee a free-of-charge, personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to install and use the BASIC PRODUCT. There is no license fee for the BASIC PRODUCT.

PRO PRODUCT means the executable code version of the fully functional IDA, including both the BASIC PRODUCT and all features of IDA PRO identified at the following URL: https://westbyte.com/ida. Provided Licensee complies with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and has paid the applicable
license fees for the premium features of the PRO PRODUCT, Westbyte grants Licensee a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to install and use the PRO PRODUCT. The computer software, artwork and other components included in this version of SOFTWARE PRODUCT are the exclusive copyrighted property of WestByte. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions.

You must not: (a) sell, rent, lease or sublicense all or any portion of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT; (b) modify or prepare derivative works of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT; (c) reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software; (d) publish serial keys or key generation algorithms.

You may use the SOFWARE PRODUCT for non-commercial purposes. If you want to get the advantages of the PRO PRODUCT or use the SOFWARE PRODUCT for commercial purposes you must buy the PRO PRODUCT license. This SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be freely distributed, provided that: (a) such distribution includes only the original archive supplied by WestByte, you may not alter, delete or add any files in the distribution archive; (b) no money is charged to the person receiving the SOFWARE PRODUCT, beyond reasonable cost of packaging and other overhead.

The developers are not responsible for any damage of hardware or software caused by use of the SOFWARE PRODUCT.

The installation and the usage of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT mean the acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license.

If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must stop the usage of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and uninstall it.

The SOFTWARE PRODUCT does not send any data identifying the user. The data sent while registering and using additional services provided by WestByte is protected according to the rules of corresponding services.

The SOFTWARE PRODUCT does not send any information about downloads by which it would be possible to identify a user downloaded a particular file or which files a particular user has downloaded. To extend functionality in some cases info about some downloads could be sent preserving user anonymity.

You shall not download, save, copy or otherwise exploit any Content for any other purposes without the consent of respective licensors of the Content.

You understand that when using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you will be exposed to Content from a variety of sources, and that WestByte is not responsible for the accuracy, usefulness, safety, or intellectual property rights of or relating to such Content. You further understand and acknowledge that you may be exposed to Content that is inaccurate, offensive, indecent, or objectionable, and you agree to waive, and hereby do waive, any legal or equitable rights or remedies you have or may have against WestByte with respect thereto, and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, agree to indemnify and hold harmless WestByte, its owners, operators, affiliates, licensors, and licensees to the fullest extent allowed by law regarding all matters related to your use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and Services.

You shall be solely responsible for all Content and the consequences of downloading and saving all Content using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. You affirm, represent, and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to download Content.
